Open the Tracker page, choose the meal you want to update, and search for the food you ate. Select the food, review the serving size, and add it to your daily log.

Open the food item from your log and update the quantity or serving option. Save your changes to update the nutrition totals.

Open the food-search area and tap the barcode-scanner icon. Allow camera access when prompted, then place the product barcode inside the camera frame.

Open a recipe and tap the save icon. The recipe will appear in Saved Recipes. You can also add it to one or more collections to keep your recipes organized.

Collections are optional. A saved recipe can remain in All Recipes without a collection, or it can be added to multiple collections. Deleting a collection does not delete the saved recipes inside it.

Create or open a meal and choose the save option. Saved meals can be reused when planning future meals.

Open the Planner page, choose a date and meal type, then add a recipe, saved meal, or custom meal.

Add ingredients you currently have to your Pantry. You can update or remove pantry items as your available ingredients change.

Add ingredients to your grocery list from supported recipe and meal-planning areas, or add items manually. Check off items as you shop.

On the sign-in screen, choose the password-reset option and follow the instructions sent to your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your sign-in method is managed through that provider.

HealthyCrown subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed through your Apple account. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Open the subscription area in HealthyCrown and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple account used for the original purchase.

In the HealthyCrown app, go to Profile → Delete Account and follow the instructions. Deleting your HealthyCrown account permanently removes the account and associated app data. It does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Open Profile → Notifications to update your reminder settings. You can also manage HealthyCrown notification permissions in your iPhone Settings.
